How long until my delivery arrives?
To ensure your coffee is the freshest it can be, we ensure that the roasting process, the packaging and the delivery is managed meticulously to bring you the best coffee!
We roast weekly, so we ask that if you order by Saturday at 9am, your coffee will be dispatched by the Wednesday of the following week (4 days after the cut off time) to allow the coffee to be roasted, de-gassed for an appropriate amount of time and then packaged. If you miss the 9am deadline, your order will fall into the following week's roasting schedule.
For any of our subscriptions, your monthly orders will then be dispatched every 4 weeks.

Due to coffee being a perishable item, unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds. However, if you place an order and would like to cancel or exchange the item before it has been sent, then just get in touch and we will see what we can do!
